Immersion Composition Society
Posters / 27" x 41" / B/W print on bond paper
'The Immersion Composition Society (ICS) is an underground network of composers, organized into independent groups, called lodges, who periodically spend one or more days composing unusually large volumes of music for the purpose of creating raw material for their new projects. There are several dozen lodges in the U.S., Canada, and at least three other countries.'
The large volumes of music explained above strives to achieve 20 'songs' per 12 hour session, usually 3-7 songs tends to be the average for the LA lodge. Admirable nonetheless.
